  • Yoga for Core and Pelvic Floor Strength

    In this class we will explore the foundational moves of the Restore Your Core® movement method. Through a mind-body lens, we will explore strength and mobility of the joints, core engagement, and how the breath contributes to healing. Students will learn new ways to bring more balance, strength, and mobility into the body, with the goal of reducing or eliminating core and pelvic floor injuries.

    This class is in person at the Edina Community Center

  • Restorative Exercise for Pelvic Floor and Core: Foundational Movement

    Join me for some outdoor movement classes! We will be meeting twice a week for 3 weeks to jumpstart your movement practice and core and pelvic floor healing and strengthening. Expect some creative movements to reconnect to your body and create space, strength, and mobility in your movement practice!

    Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00

    July 15-31

    Class will be held outside at Fuller Park in Minneapolis weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, we will move indoors at nearby Justice Page school. This session is offered through Minneapolis Community Education.

  • Restore Your Core - Yoga for Core and Pelvic Floor

    This series meets twice a week so you can get a jump start on your healing journey! We will move through stages 1 and 2 of the Restore Your Core® program as we explore ways to move our bodies to support the core and pelvic floor. Together we will discover our movement patterns, strengthen the systems that support the core and pelvic floor, and gain mobility and body awareness. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to begin healing pelvic floor injuries and strengthen their core, as well as folks who are at least 16 weeks postpartum. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

    Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30-10:30

In-person classes are offered in both small group and large group settings. Small group classes are perfect for those who want more hands-on feedback, and very specific cuing. Large group classes are great for those looking for an introduction to the approach Maria takes to movement and teaching.

When you don’t want to leave your home, but want the same amazing feedback from a skilled eye, online classes are perfect. You get the same quality classes, but get to do them in the comfort of your own home! These classes have limited space.
