  • Yoga for Core and Pelvic Floor Strength

    In this class we will explore the foundational moves of the Restore Your Core® movement method. Through a mind-body lens, we will explore strength and mobility of the joints, core engagement, and how the breath contributes to healing. Students will learn new ways to bring more balance, strength, and mobility into the body, with the goal of reducing or eliminating core and pelvic floor injuries.

    This class is hybrid: in person at the Edina Community Center and on Zoom

  • Restorative Exercise for Pelvic Floor and Core

    In this class we will explore the foundational moves of the Restore Your Core® movement method. Through movement, we will explore spinal and pelvic mobility, core engagement, and how the breath contributes to healing, as well as our bodies' preferred movement patterns. Students will learn new ways to bring more balance into the body, with the goal of reducing or eliminating core and pelvic floor injuries and dysfunction. 

    Classes are in person at Barton Elementary in Minneapolis

    Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 pm

    June 24 - July August 5 (no class July 1)

  • Yoga for mobility and recovery

    This yoga class focuses on improving mobility, enhancing flexibility, and supporting full-body recovery. Through a combination of gentle flows, deep stretches, and mindful breathing, participants will release tension, increase joint range of motion, and promote muscle repair. Suitable for all levels, the class emphasizes slow, controlled movements and restorative postures to help reduce soreness, prevent injury, and improve overall movement quality. If you have previously taken Maria's Yoga for Core & Pelvic Floor Strength, you will find similarities.

In-person classes are offered in both small group and large group settings. Small group classes are perfect for those who want more hands-on feedback, and very specific cuing. Large group classes are great for those looking for an introduction to the approach Maria takes to movement and teaching.

When you don’t want to leave your home, but want the same amazing feedback from a skilled eye, online classes are perfect. You get the same quality classes, but get to do them in the comfort of your own home! These classes have limited space.
